htb86 If your phone gets stolen or breaks, you’ll lose your photos and videos that weren’t synced. So for me it’s better to use Google Photos. It is very comfortable.

Style2010 In these curent times there’s other forms of storage. Not everyone has money to buy a storage device, or has a storage device already to hand to backup to. Equally not everyone has wi-fi or unlimited data to upload to cloud. There pro’s and con’s in using cloud base storage as there are in using other formats for storage.

Each to their own I guess.. 😉

Embracing a user-centric ethos, companies should invest in developing bespoke gallery apps tailored to their devices, seamlessly integrating a suite of advanced editing functionalities without imposing additional charges. Drawing inspiration from the exemplary model set by Google Pixel and other industry leaders, this approach not only enhances user experience but also fosters a culture of creative expression unbounded by financial barriers.

There is only the Google Photos application installed on the phone. Isn’t there a Nothing stock gallery app? Normally, I used to save the memory by backing it up to Google Photos and deleting it from the device’s gallery so that it wouldn’t take up space on the phone’s memory, but it doesn’t seem possible now.
