Nothing OS' own font / ability to change OS font

Daniel YESS, an option that allows us to use different system wide fonts would be amazing. We would also love to have a Nothing OS custom font or any font that’s not Roboto coded

YES! This is the most important feature that I’ve been waiting for since I first got a nothing phone 1 for myself. Waiting to be able to change fonts for so long! Please add this in, devs, please do your magic and allow custom fonts, but leave in the dot matrix don’t areas unchanged, only the areas that roboto is used.

[deleted] How is enabling an option ‘bloatware’? It doesn’t require new applications or programs and certainly doesn’t require adverts or spyware, so how would it add bloat? It is a simple option to add that requires a simple change to the Nothing launcher. There maybe other reasons they have not done this, but adding bloat isn’t one of them. We are talking literal kilobytes…

I think you are just using words without knowing what they mean. More customisation options are a good thing, especially because you don’t have to use it, and adds literally nothing in terms of software bloat.

I do agree that adding ‘bloatware’ would be a bad thing, but as this change wouldn’t require that?

+1 to adding a changeable system wide font. Maybe don’t include fonts by default, leave that up to the user.

We love using the Phone 2A and appreciate all the features it offers! However, we feel that adding font customization options would greatly enhance our user experience.

Being able to personalize our devices with different fonts would not only allow for greater expression but also improve accessibility for those who prefer specific text styles.

Agreed I like the font now but it would be more user friendly if it is customizable
