What is nothing’s replacement policy in India? Is it for 30 days replacement? As general 7 days replacement policy provided by Flipkart. Does nothing have separate there own replacement policy in india if problem diagnosed after 7 days.

Avaneeshyadav Nope, only service centre repair. Also Flipkart doesn’t provide 7 days replacement anymore. Flipkart has Open Box Delivery on electronic products and once the product is delivered to you, neither Flipkart nor Nothing will provide any kind of replacement.
This is where e-commerce companies are taking advantage of the weak consumer protection law in India.

Sourav_Satvaya bro if there is any problem in the device in the first 7 days which is hardware related then u can ask for replacement for which u need to visit service centre
SamarthNP1 Yes, you have to visit service centre and get it repaired, other than that there’s no option left. This is the reason I stopped buying electronic products from Flipkart. During Open Box delivery you can’t check if everything is working or not and hardware failure like charging port issue, battery issue and display issue can happen anytime. There should be a strong customer protection law in India like in the USA where every electronic products are eligible to return within 30 days.
I suggest you to buy Nothing products from Croma, if offline store is available in your area or you can consider buying it from Croma online, though once check the return policy before buying.
Sourav_Satvaya what is stopping you buy Nothing Phone from a physical retail store. i bought my phone 2a from local mobile store near buy .

Un-cenXsored now you know how flipkart can able to give you better discount because people with low intelligence thought they are getting discounted phone. in reality you are getting defectives phones at little discount . so what do you prefer ? discounted defective phones or proper phone without any discount ? a wise man once said “ A sucker born every minutes”
SkynetT1000 man I know and you know how to identify the real one but what about some people who just don’t involved in these type of things they just believe Amazon or flipkart they buy from there they think they are purchasing original one. Physical store charge more than the original price. I think it’s company responsibility to take down defective products. Many other company selling on online retail store
I recieved the defective Product. There is a spot in my camera which I deducted later after 7 days when clicking white paper, it was clea lr visible on it . Because it was a manufacturing defect I’m requesting nothing support india by 3 days . As this is visible clearly on white paper but didn’t not clear visible in colour photo so what’s my fault. But they didn’t getting agree to replace I m very hopeless now and not expecting this from nothing. Here are the pics

SkynetT1000 what about them ? well they will lose money and then learned the lesion and they never come back to those brands . when a very sizeable enough customers do not buy from those brands , those companies will try to change that or shut there shop . but in reality as i said earlier a sucker born every minutes and companies need to milking those low intelligence customers for money . only that way those low intelligence customer will learn the lesson . in the mean time keep buying from flipkart in there so called discounted offers thinking you are getting discounts LOL
SkynetT1000 that’s illegal selling the duplicate product in the name of original, just people are not complaining in consumer court if they choose to take legal action then these thieves have to work generation to pay back the fine. And how many days they can able to run this?
