leonardo_dalessio2006 i’m from Malaysia so Amazon isn’t exactly something we use here nor do we have an official store. However, I bought mine from a pretty big tech store in my country so I brought the original purchase invoice with me to the store and asked to claim the warranty and after about a 4 week wait I got a new pair. (They had to send it to the distributor or something to verify that something was wrong I think)
That said, I do understand your worry and to be honest, with tech nowadays it’s just becoming more and more complicated to QA everything and of course things just slip through the cracks. No doubt this is by no means cheap and I’m not going to let Nothing off, after all we paid for it at the end of the day we deserve to use it to its fullest. I’d suggest just switching to something else if it really does bug you that much. I think you can try Nothing’s support team? I’ve never tried but maybe you can give it a shot and see how it goes. Either way, best of luck!
