I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the lack of effort and attention your company has shown towards improving the FPS (Frames Per Second) issues in BGMI (BattleGrounds Mobile India). It is utterly unacceptable that despite numerous complaints and feedback from your consumers, there has been little to no visible progress in addressing this critical issue.
As a loyal customer who has invested both time and money into your products and services, I expected better from your company. The subpar gaming experience caused by the poor FPS not only diminishes the enjoyment of the game but also reflects poorly on your brand’s reputation.
It is high time that your company takes immediate and concrete actions to rectify this glaring flaw. Ignoring the demands and concerns of your customers is a blatant disregard for their loyalty and support. I urge you to prioritize this matter and allocate the necessary resources and expertise to deliver a solution promptly.
Failure to do so will not only result in the loss of customer trust and loyalty but may also lead to severe repercussions for your company’s reputation and market share. Your customers deserve better, and it is your responsibility to ensure that their voices are heard and their grievances are addressed.
