After installing the new version, my sleep time is still not showing properly on the watch.

It’s been a while using the Watch Pro 2 and while I am happy with the various tracking features it provides, it doesn’t seem to have any of the finesse one generally expects from Nothing products. I have often written to support with suggestions but have only ever received generic responses without any attempt to distinguish issues from suggestions. I even wonder if these are taken seriously. Hare are some ideas that I have suggested. Perhaps they will be picked up by someone from support.

  1. There needs to be an option to add reminders from the watch. Even a small keyboard would do. If one has to pick up the phone to do this then it beats the purpose entirely.
  2. There are no summaries at all - in the morning noting how one slept, or at a set time indicating step count, workouts etc. These would make the watch so much more useful and encourage one to do better.
  3. Finally, i do not quite understand why steps are not thought of as exercise. In my daily routine, I often end up sporadically walking 10-12k steps. But these seem to count for nothing and I find that odd. There also seems to be no way to see step averages by week, month, etc.
  4. You would note that most of these are software suggestions and are likely easy to address. It feels like the CMF team has not really rolled out any significant additions to the watch in a long time.

I am utterly disappointed with buying this watch. I cannot see any Bengali messages on this watch. All text is shown as a square box. I urge you to add Bengali support. I do not need a full Bengali UI, just to be able to view text in that language.

Why is there no upgrades or anyting? I hoped there would be some changes. If I am walking with a stroller i get 0 steps. I got steps with every other watch I owned in the past. Also. Please fix the vibrations of the watch and allow timer to be in the background. At least those things 😥

Please send an update to ensure the full message is displayed. When I receive a long message, only numbered phrases appear, and I cannot see the entire content. My previous band, which I purchased in 2020, was able to fully display messages, and please ensure this happens to both english and arabic.
