got yesterday watch and found out that remote camera doesnt work wih NP1! used different versions of cmf watch app. did someone fix that? support says that they need video, but i do not have another camera. but thay still want damn video. what should they see? that camera opens and nothing happen then? does tech support read this forum? pls help. have thoughts that a can just simply resell watch(

    _AsaevD_ Is everything up to date? You’ve been in contact with support and they’ve asked for you the next steps. I would suggest you follow what they are suggesting. Perhaps you have a family member or friend that can help do a video recording for you, if you do not have another device to record it yourself.

      It’ll be fun if I catch firmware update and everything will work.
