My case seems to have created a fault all by itself. The earbuds work fine. However the function button seems to do nothing. A light press does create a short white light and then nothing. A long press doesn’t start the pairing process and an even longer press doesn’t reset the buds (red light). Its as if the case doesn’t know the lid is open and therefore doesn’t activate the function button. Anybody else had this problem? When I put the buds away and close the lid they don’t cut off automatically. i can see they are still connected until I give a very quick click on the function button, then short white light and they disconnect.

Unfortunately support only seems to work if you can remember the order number.

CASVMedia Thanks for confirming i’m not the only one. Hopefully it can be fixed in firmware. If I loose the ability to pair the buds because of the case then i’ll have some ear buds I can’t use.

Nope no resolution. The ear buds seem fine, I believe the fault lies with the case design.
