Satish Kumar - I am only merely commenting on what I see, there are no excuses being given here.
Does this charging behaviour also occur with other Chargers? - have you tried any others?
When I have submitted feedback, or gotten in touch with support, I always receive an automated response and/or a follow up in a few days, if my issue requires more discussion.
Satish Kumar - in which case, could be an issue with the cable instead? Is the charging port clean and free of debris? Does the USB-C “click” into place when it goes into the phone?
Also, does this issue happen across all power outlets in your home, or just the one shown in the video?
There are many other fault finding steps to try before we can categorically diagnose the Phone as the sole issue.
Ealesy101 every output power circuit they will persist!
Like Ryan suggests I’d look at cleaning the USB port and trying to use different cables. Watching your video it looks like your phone is connecting to them disconnecting and reconnecting to the charger, very quickly. It’s likely there’s some dirt in your charging port or, the cable needs replacing.
hrry already done.
Have you tried charging it in another location. Your wall socket might not be giving the right output.
Is not a problem, it’s Goku power xD
Nah, seriously. As the other users say you’ve to try with another cable or locations.
It may be a software problem cus still nothing os is at its beta testing and problems arising aren’t new and expected. We don’t have that much info of this happening with nothing os 2.6.
Im sorry for your problem. I hope it is solved as quickly as possible. I also am using the CMF phone 1 and has os 2.6 on it.
SamAron when I was in nos 2.6 . It happens many times I contact the nothing team but don’t they respond they only ask what your phone details after that they missed my problem.
Satish Kumar well I can’t say a lot. Im really sorry man. Hope it gets better in the future. Stay positive.
Satish Kumar visit service centre one time
Satish Kumar probably the fault of the cable or charger … might be.
Have faced similar issue with other phone it kept connecting and disconnecting found out the cable was at fault.
May be you can do one thing, try with power bank once , this can give you confirmation that the issue is in phone so you will get clear idea what to do next.
Satish Kumar I think this is due to connection issue of the port and the cable as I haven’t heard about this as software issue. I follow Nothing closely and observe them but haven’t heard about this software issue. This might be related to connection. If you have any power bank or PC you can once try connecting with that and with Nothing adaptor and cable and once after changing cable too
