  • In CMF Phone 1 - Touch inconsistency

    Like I clean the phone with a good lens cleaner and a microfiber cloth ( i have a applied a screen protector) so it works well. It’s mainly dust and moisture for me ig. But saw this issue some of the other day. Its not a big problem for me, but still worried it may get worse. Hope they find out whats the problem cus yeah screen protector for a phone brand like CMF aren’t that available in local areas. Cus it’s new and a new company still. I guess next time I would apply a matte screen membrane. Its thinner than a screen protector and also better and good looking for me. Let’s see what will happen.

    Well sometimes things get bad. Sometimes they are real good. Nothing is still a new company. People working here might be in this industry for a long time but making a new company in this era of mobiles, is very tough. Im sorry for you problems. Hope you don’t totally move on from the nothing system. But I hope you that you get the best experience that every person gets for using a phone.

      Well I don’t own phone 1, I got the CMF phone 1. But I saw some spigen cases for phone 1,2 and 2a while searching cases for the CMF phone. And those looked cool and good. Prices were a Lil high but they are made by spigen so yeha the quality would be damn good. I suggest you searching on them and maybe see some reviews.

      Jerin Jose I hear you man, I see the problems and they do make a difference. It’s still in the beta phase so we gotta wait and see what work will nothing do so. But it’s cool to see those problems highlighted so other people can also have a good discussion and have different perspectives. It’s nice to see the community be so interactive.

        zygerboy it’s so good man, awesome work and it feels so fresh and good to see community creating and working on designing different products to keep the work innovative and exciting. And about the concept you made, the camera layout should be sort of similar to phone 2a cus the one you made feels like every other phone. It’s obv cus we are the everyday people. But it would be cool to see more Innovation on camera layouts and design. Maybe it’s because of the mechanism of camera to work properly so that may be the case cus im not expert. But love your work man keep this up.

          • In Standard 60hz feels like 30hz

            Bonjai the diff is a lot of you go from 60 to 120. And if you keep changing it might feel like it lags but it doesn’t. Nowadays many apps we use in daily are lagging. It may differ or be good in some phones.It’s ig the apps problem sometimes and a15 is samsung. It is very well optimised because it’s been getting better over decades I think now. Change takes time too.

              Mukundh28 the newer phone gets more importance. It has been already said they want to put good amount of importance to mid range phones that they make. Yeah it should be equal or a Lil here and there.

                • In CMF Phone (1) - Camera feedback

                  SiddiqueKazi I am using it and I am enjoying this so much. The os is the best. The cameras are decent. They work as well as the common audience need. The only thing I find a problem is not having a ultra wide lens. I used the uw lens a lot in my previous Phone. But still I am not like too keen on cameras and I believe in skill than good equipments. And I love the phone overall.

                    Nothing_Fan_Boy this sucks man, time for the lens protectors and already scratches. Im sorry for you problem man, I hope you don’t feel that bad about this. Scratches are something that happens quite often with many phones. And considering this phone’s design, it isn’t that much shocking that it might get scratches. Im also running CMF phone 1 black color. So don’t feel bad man if it can be replaced then surely do what is needed but if not, don’t worry, I don’t think it will affect the performance.

                        It may be a software problem cus still nothing os is at its beta testing and problems arising aren’t new and expected. We don’t have that much info of this happening with nothing os 2.6.

                        Im sorry for your problem. I hope it is solved as quickly as possible. I also am using the CMF phone 1 and has os 2.6 on it.
