Guys it has nothing to do with the Device

Call 199 from Jio, connect to customer Care

They will activate it from their End

After 5 mins restart the device

RajanikanthAnanthoji I have been facing similar type of problem, I have a Airtel sim & jio as a secondary sim, sometimes while calling from Airtel sim my 4GVOLTE flag goes automatically & it switches to 2G Network even in full range, at the same time I am unable to call from jio sim same full network.

No, the problem is with JIO network and happening after update. Airtel SIM working fine. And I have tried multiple locations. My JIO speed is showing more than 200mbps in speed test but still very lagging in terms of page loading and apps refreshing.

    Please fix the connectivity stability issue with jio 5G.

    Got the phone 2 on jan 17. Currently running the latest Nothing OS 2.5.2.

    Phone shows full network availability on both WiFi and data.

    Internet is at a standstill. I turn off wifi, it works via mobile data for a few minutes (4G / 4G+) and then grinds to a halt again. I turn on wifi, it works for a few minutes and stops again.

    This keeps happening back and forth.

    Any help is appreciated.

      I am a phone 2 user. For past 2 weeks my phone when kept idle for some hours (during night) Then showing connectivity issues with 5G and 4G, call and data are not connecting and if connected call/data is breaking. After so many tries with data on/off and flight mode enable/disable the phone working properly. Daily the issues repeats. I even tried changing the sims. But no resolution. Is it a hardware issue or software issue??

        Faced the same MS / software patch issue !

        But WiFi is working smoothly so i’m working on that connectivity only.
