I recently began experiencing an issue with the earbuds’ battery performance. The battery drops by 5% every 5 minutes, and the left earbud does not fully charge, stopping at 95%. I have used the earbuds carefully, and there has been no physical or water damage.

I have tried resetting the earbuds, fully draining the battery, and testing them on different devices, but the issue persists. The earbuds hold playback for less than 2 hours at 40% volume, which is far below the expected performance.
