    Bro this has been a common issue in all tws earbuds, Same condition happened to my jbl tws.

    There is only one solution to this - battery replacement of the buds

    I have submitted these buds to service centre. They will give an update by Tuesday. Lets see what happens.

    EDIT:- Received my replacement earbuds and they are working fine on 0.0.8.1 version. This is a hardware problem and those who are facing this issue straight away head to service centre while there is warranty. You will get new headphones. I asked if this issue happens outside warranty, and they replied you have to purchase a new hardware. So there is another headache. 😥

      They couldn’t solve my problem, because it is supposedly understood by a reseller, and I bought it on Amazon in its official store

        I initially found the earbuds to be riddled with issues, almost like a prototype product. After a replacement, they now work decently. However, the customer service experience was highly disappointing.

        It seems the brand prioritizes marketing over improving their service. I no longer recommend this brand to anyone.
