totalsandy Yes.. I don’t think software update will fix this issue because not every bud is having this issue. Get it replaced that would be the best option.

totalsandy Straight away you can visit the service centre without raising the complaint. If you need more information contact the customer support they will guide you.
Bro this has been a common issue in all tws earbuds, Same condition happened to my jbl tws.
There is only one solution to this - battery replacement of the buds

I have submitted these buds to service centre. They will give an update by Tuesday. Lets see what happens.
EDIT:- Received my replacement earbuds and they are working fine on 0.0.8.1 version. This is a hardware problem and those who are facing this issue straight away head to service centre while there is warranty. You will get new headphones. I asked if this issue happens outside warranty, and they replied you have to purchase a new hardware. So there is another headache.

They couldn’t solve my problem, because it is supposedly understood by a reseller, and I bought it on Amazon in its official store
What a disappointment from this brand

I initially found the earbuds to be riddled with issues, almost like a prototype product. After a replacement, they now work decently. However, the customer service experience was highly disappointing.
It seems the brand prioritizes marketing over improving their service. I no longer recommend this brand to anyone.
