I can’t get into the customization/ wallpaper section in settings.

AlfredArnau there is a small chance that it could happen. Talking from my experience everything went smooth

It does save on the device by default.

Backing up is a whole different story, you don’t have to back up to Google if you don’t want to but any pictures you take with the camera, or download, or take screenshots, are all stored locally.

Installed last night and have had nothing but success. Buttery smooth and the battery life, somehow, seems to be even better than on 2.0.3. Keep up the great work guys!

(And for those saying that they’re ignoring Phone (1), geez people, have a little freaking patience! Just because the first beta for 2.5.0 targeted Phone (2) doesn’t mean they aren’t going to do it for Phone (1) as well. It just means the newer, more expensive phone got the priority in this case. I seem to remember there being an Android 14 beta for Phone (1) that Phone (2) didn’t even get a chance to try.)

vikramkumarmc Re #3, I had that happen on 2.0.3 as well, so I don’t think it’s something introduced by 2.5.0.

As a content creator, I lack the option to use an external microphone for recording with the nothing camera through the USB-C port. For instance, I have some DJI microphones, and to use them and achieve better audio quality, I’m forced to install a third-party camera app. Could you please consider adding the option to use an external microphone for recording with the camera?

AdonayBustillo Has anyone taken into consideration that this is important? Additionally:

    A gallery

Video with blur or cinematic effects

Higher quality for the front camera

    Improved video stability

And truly, the option to use an external microphone to record videos with better quality is essential for content creators.

I would really like to have an alternative to the dot matrix style fonts used by nothing os. Honestly, these fonts are okay for ads and branding but not so legible in widgets. System wide product sans fonts would have been consistent with the fonts in google apps.

When you hide the icon of an app, it would be interesting if when you use the upper search bar of the application drawer you could write the name of the hidden app and it would appear in the search to be able to access it.

I found a bug. I cannot install speedtest by ookla or cpu-z or antutu. In SAI app I see the error that installing any benchmark app is not allowed. Please someone check.

Bug : While connecting ear 1, in the homescreen bluetooth widget, earlier image of ear 1 used to appear when connected.

        Same with volume slider.

Now it shown as any normal ear buds.

Hope, this get fixed, it felt like a reason to have nothing ecosystem
