FYI, I returned it to Amazon because it’s battery was faulty, only two days to drain it all and I’ve buyed a CMF Watch Pro 2. The activity rings in the app are working….it is clear for me that they are not supporting WP1.

Hi Guys my watch is getting reset every midnight?
automatically?

It started happening after i got a update in the morning

vignesh2994 does somebody know what I can expect about the latest app update with Youtube, Calendar and RCS integration?

slimypi I’ll say it as the owner second version. We are the same pigeons as you, with your problems. Nothing works.

Well, guys, congratulations, I fixed the lack of screen lighting when turning the watch and not counting steps. All you need is a simple Soviet go to the debug menu and skip all the tests, after this kick everything starts working after reboot. Go to the settings about the device, there press ten times on the version and the watch asks if you want to go to the debug menu. Obviously yes. Click the first item functional testing, there select the finished product and with Google translator go through all the tests for now. As a result, click return to the debug menu and in it above the GPS button click reboot. Voila, you fixed this Chinese madness.

As a cmf watch pro user, I’m not satisfied with the experience and features the watches has provided. The watch misses the basic features which all other watches has in the same segment or below.

  1. Tap to wake
  2. Quick replies
  3. Put the phone in silent mode from watch
  4. Widgets support
  5. Connectivity issues
  6. Less support for watch face customization

When I bought the watch, I was expecting that these features will be added in the updates and it is possible. But nothing never cared about that.

@RohitPakalapati Hi, you told that updates will be coming to watch pro users. Can you confirm whether anything related to above features or issues will be addressed in the updates?

Is no one in community is worried about this or there are no watch pro users in community?

Just’ve bought it yesterday. Disappointed with the timer which you can’t close and leave counting at background. What if I’m setting it for 6 hours? I’ll have no watch function for 6 hours and it would be left with the display on for 6 hours?

Also, while the watch is connected via bluetooth with my Nothing Phone 2(a) I can’t use Wi-Fi because the frequencies overlap or something. As soon as I disconnect the watch, the Internet starts working properly. That’s just ridiculous!

I’m not talking about proper step counting, everyone said alot about it already in the forum. It doesn’t count steps while I’m at home doing stuff and constantly telling me to ‘move a bit’. Like, I’m moving right now!

As a watch pro user, I do feel left out.

And the only thing that stops me from upgrading to watch pro 2, is that when the watch pro 3 will be released, I’m afraid that same thing is going to repeat.

Jerin Jose i agree with all the points with focus on quick replies bcz it can resolve a lot of issues for me

It would be great if a CMF smartwatch called ‘Slim’ was created, which would be exceptionally thin. The design would prioritize being sleek and lightweight, offering a comfortable and discreet experience for users.

I bought Watch Pro two weeks ago with firmware 11.0.0.52 which was released in April. And then nothing. No updates, although there is a lot to work on.

Support sent a reply like “blah blah blah, reinstall the app on your phone” and “blah blah blah, new updates come at different times in different regions”.

If there really is a .53 update being sent out, where is the official post with the fixes?

Jerin Jose As the CBO, my role is to represent your queries and concerns to the board, after which the team will take over. Please understand that I cannot commit to specific timelines for when updates will be rolled out, as I remain a third party and one of you. However, I can assure you that I take the feedback regarding the Watch Pro seriously, consistently raising it in meetings, and I will continue to do so in the upcoming board meeting.
