Suresh_R No, it will not help, i tried it. It’s the hardware issue, or may be combination of both. I faced it few weeks ago. Then i noticed that some times it starts, but Wi-Fi does not worked and after attempt turn on Wi-Fi it crushed. I reached out support and of course there is no way to send my device from my country for repair. However it’s been bought in UK. So i just opened it from rare side, blew it with compressed air and tightened screws which holds motherboard(i guess they got loossen as a result of overheating). And it worked normally for about a week. Now it started again. It seem that for some reason it overheats that cause contact loss between components or CPU is dying.
I’m very disappointed it worked for 1,5 year. I think for $500 device it’s too few. Probably will not buy it again, so many features and such a poor quality. If you may buy something only if company has official distributor so it can be just sheeped at the workshop(i did not even asked for replacement) in 2024 when we have 1000’s of post services, well, i don’t know….
