I wanted to vote @Ealesy101 , this dude give me good vibes, but he’s not in the list so… my vote goes to @Manuel R.R , from the list he’s the only one I currently follow on socials and which followed back.

I have read through each statement a few times now, and I feel like I have come to a decision to cast my vote.
This vote was super tough for me this year, as I know all three candidates from Community interactions online and in person. All three are wonderful humans and any of them shall do a brilliant job in representing this Community, as the Board Observer for the next year, good luck to you all! 
Mirko_ddd - Thank you for your support via socials and here. I was lucky to make it to the screening calls, but it wasn’t to be this time round. I fully trust the Team who have shortlisted these three candidates and their statements truly show how great the calibre has been this time round, and I am grateful for the opportunity to apply.
flo_rahil - Thank you for your support also, very kind! Not to be this time round, but I for one could not be happier with the three shortlisted members.
I vote Manuel, he is marketing guy. Hopefully he raised voice to expand nothing brand in countries like Pakistan
