I am writing this feedback message from my Nothing Phone (1) which I updated to Nothing OS 3.0 Beta about 24 hours ago. In general, I did not encounter any major bugs that bothered me. The only bug I encountered was that the haptic feedback feature no longer works on my Gboard keyboard. I am sure that this bug will not continue when the stable version is released. The update was also easy, fast and effortless. The new customization features are very nice. Now my phone looks better when you use it. The new app drawer is a small but useful feature. Changing the font in Settings is another nice customization feature. But among these, the feature that gives the user the most freedom and makes it obvious at first glance that you have updated your phone if you are using the AOD feature is the ability to change the clocks on the lock screen. In short, all the new customization features are really nice. But as a user who bought a Nothing Phone (1) within a week of entering Türkiye, I expected much more variety and more highlighting of the phone’s unique features from this major update, just like the previous major updates. In previous major updates, there were new features related to the Glyph interface and new ringtones and notification sounds. Music Visualization, a very innovative and fun to use feature, came. I don’t even need to talk about Glyph Composer, it’s the most fun Nothing app to use. We, the users, had a lot of fun while receiving these updates and said “I’m glad I have this phone”. Now we want such major updates to come more often and bring more innovative features.
