Rob ⚡️ The pin screen from 2.6 feels like it matched the theme, the 3.0 one feels as if it’s been left default

After i updated to 3.0 my framerate is capped at 60hz, only time i notice its going to 120 is when i unlock the phone with my Fingerprint

Sorry, seems like energy saving mode is locking it to 60

My network speed/ download speed was good before upgrading to the beta version, but now after updating to Android 15 beta version, the speed of network dropped too much, most of the times can’t load the page in chrome browser and many other apps, although accessing from same location where i used to access earlier.

Alleexxi battery saver is used in immergency condition like there is very less battery on your phone and u don’t have anything to charge it just turn it on and it disables background activity and also locks refresh rate to 60hz

have updated to 3.0 for couple of days, it is all good.

Just one small thing, in “About Phone” page, my black NP1 shows white. it would be nice if this can be fixed in next update.

Will wwe get stable ota if we upgrade to beta version?

4UTech - Yes, when the Stable version is released, you will get the OTA, just the same as other users. It shall be a seamless transition, from what I have experienced from previous Beta’s.

However, always exercise caution and back up your data before installing the Beta, just in case 🤞🏼

      I saw bug in notification

In that i got message in this process i was wearing buds in that it was disconnected to a second and same sound was came from phone speak plz check it once and, i saw lock screen is struck in resting time check this

I still feel some tweaking needed when you swipe down the notification tray, in certain scenarios It tends to have drop frames, which are noticeable. Battery works pretty good in my experience.

Will the device be reset to factory settings during installation and will all data be deleted?

It was nice to habe a setting for the size at the Lockecreen Clock. This clock is too Fat!

I am writing this feedback message from my Nothing Phone (1) which I updated to Nothing OS 3.0 Beta about 24 hours ago. In general, I did not encounter any major bugs that bothered me. The only bug I encountered was that the haptic feedback feature no longer works on my Gboard keyboard. I am sure that this bug will not continue when the stable version is released. The update was also easy, fast and effortless. The new customization features are very nice. Now my phone looks better when you use it. The new app drawer is a small but useful feature. Changing the font in Settings is another nice customization feature. But among these, the feature that gives the user the most freedom and makes it obvious at first glance that you have updated your phone if you are using the AOD feature is the ability to change the clocks on the lock screen. In short, all the new customization features are really nice. But as a user who bought a Nothing Phone (1) within a week of entering Türkiye, I expected much more variety and more highlighting of the phone’s unique features from this major update, just like the previous major updates. In previous major updates, there were new features related to the Glyph interface and new ringtones and notification sounds. Music Visualization, a very innovative and fun to use feature, came. I don’t even need to talk about Glyph Composer, it’s the most fun Nothing app to use. We, the users, had a lot of fun while receiving these updates and said “I’m glad I have this phone”. Now we want such major updates to come more often and bring more innovative features.

marchtl I did not lose any data when I installed the OS3 Beta on my NP(1).

Always good to have a backup just in case though.

Been using new OS 3 and am happy with changes for the most part, but Bluetooth got messed up entirely.

Some devices, like my car, connect and immediately disconnect to Bluetooth. Others like my headphones worked fine but now they don’t output sound.

I’ve checked with other phones and the problem lies in the beta. If there’s a temporary fix (that’s not rolling back, because it is my last resort) I’d be very grateful. Even if not, this needs a fix pretty quickly before the stable release.

Thanks in advance and have a lovely day ✨

There are some small small bugs, I’ll only mention the main bugs which might make one frustrated.

1.Navigation gestures don’t work correctly. Mostly they work in settings and just stop working some time after settings is closed. Plz fix this on priority as this comes under basic functionalities.

2.There is one calendar application I installed from play store, after the update I see a popup message saying “that app is not responding” even though I haven’t used that app for ages now, well the good thing is it’s frequency is small.
