LOL, when I read the solution here.
I was like.. come on.. what do you take me for.. you don’t think I haven’t already tried to clean them, even with a cotton swap and some isoalcohol before I came looking online… so I was nahh, my problem is way more fundamental… there is something seriously very wrong with them “Ear Stick” and though I need to hardware reset these sick puppies…. but whatever I tried to clean the grills again with some fine brush from a micro brush that are used to clean showerheads.. and yeah, dang it did it…works fine

- or you can use those tiny brush sticks for cleaning certain dental gear that are in many supermarkets.. also looks like a thin plasticstick with some tiny round hairs/brushes around it… my toothbrush had to big brush’es to work well with these tiny groves in the grill..
Great to have my Ear Stick back with full equal momentum..
