Matt Sounds very strange, might be that there’s an issue with the hardware in this instance so support will be your best bet. Hopefully, you can get it sorted 🙏

Hello, I use headphones Nothing ear stick , bought new. After 2 weeks, I had a problem: the right earphone began to sound quieter than the left, and the noise suppression stopped working, although it can be activated. As I understand, the main speaker (large) on the right earphone does not work, what should I do with them? Should I take it for repair?

Clean it using clean soft brush. (Toothbrush, make-up brush etc.)

After using the ear stick for about 4 months, the sound from the left side is low. Is there a way to fix this?

_mK_XEgDgpj8y8 I had the same issue for quite a while, but I accidentally figured out the solution today. I tried cleaning and it never worked, nor did a reset.

First, connect the earphones to your Macbook like usual. On your Macbook, go into sound settings by clicking on the 🎧 icon in the taskbar. Scroll to the bottom and adjust the balance so that the slider is exactly in the middle.

I don’t know how this has happened, and it has happened only with the Ear(2)s despite me using several other Bluetooth headphones, but this seems to have done the trick for me.

(I am attaching a couple of screenshots, hope it helps 😄 )

Cleaning buds with softer and thicker toothbrush or cosmetic brush by pushing fixed the problem. I think, using noise reduction frequently leads this problem.

I have ear (a), and I fixed this by using something a little harder than a toothbrush, and putting a bit of water (not so much that they would stop working). It worked for me and I hope that it will work for you all too ❤️

_Um_ACwALJMJBf I have the ear stick as well and for me it’s the right one that keeps dropping volume, but as someone else has already said, using a soft toothbrush on the speaker grills does work for a while definitely.

          Amazingly, IT WORKS!

I cleaned them with a soft brush made for earbud cleaning, tried using an ultrasonic cleaner (the kind for watches—though I might not have used it properly), and now, while traveling and needing to replace my toothbrush, I decided to give it a try.

I dampened the toothbrush slightly with very hot water and made sure the bristles got into the earbuds. And it works! Honestly, it’s unbelievable, but it works. Give it a try—just don’t overdo it, but apply enough pressure and firmness. My issue was with the left earbud, and now both are working perfectly! 😁😁

Huge thanks to @marco_CdbTxbuDZP , You’ve saved me from buying a pair of Ear (open), at least for now!🤑

Funnily enough I tried cleaning it gently as you wrote but it did not work at first. It turned out that mine needed a more radical method. I gave the head of my electric toothbrush a good dampening with hot water, set it to the strongest option and give it a thorough brushing. Now it works perfectly again.
