I faced an issue with my CMF phone 1 which I reported to the customer support and even after sharing the video proof they are refusing to help me. Phone randomly crashes and reboots. Sent the device to service centre and they just reinstalled the software. I lost all my data because of this. And even after I got the device… it still has that issue. Nothing support is not providing any resolution for the same and refused to provide a replacement. They are literally selling you bricks. Good luck getting service if you encounter any issue coz nothing won’t solve anything. Worst decision buying a nothing phone.
Pathetic customer support
No backup, no sorry. I am sure they told you to back up your data before sending in your phone.
They are saying some devices might have defects. Rest assured that they are passing quality checks and release to market. But so many people reported issues.

Phone was sent to F1 delhi but still having this issue. They simply reinstalled the software and returned the device. Issue still persists. I’ve multiple screen recordings and have explained this issue atleast 20 times to different customer support executives.

nothing customer support is very bad, compare to other phone brands , and on top of that, very unprofessional staff . They lack knowledge and, just to get rid of the customer, they literally lie. do not compromise. They will fix your phone sooner or later. Also, backup of data is your responsibility not brands.
My phone was sent to the service center twice. I don’t know yet whether the issue is resolved or not since I haven’t received the device. As for the backup, I couldn’t do it because the phone was stuck in a boot loop.
