I know I am over doing it but Arcanine was supposed to be a legendary Pokemon, but it was scraped. But it’s base stats are just a few points behind Pusedo-Legendry, so it might kinda represent Nothing’s Next Flagship’s position compared to the best flagships in the market.
So if it’s Phone(3) or 3(a) then Arcanine is well representing choice (idk if it was chosen deliberately or not) for it.
