SainathLingam I can only tell you that, on my Phone 1, daily calendar notifications work regularly (Android 15 EEA firmware).

Help please. Recently there have been problems with the connection, sometimes the Internet just disappears for no reason. Does not depend on the SIM card. And also when distributing the Internet all my devices see only the network 2.4 Hz, but they don’t see 5 Hz

Any ideas when next update is coming up to fix issues?

The Power Off option works only when in Locked Screen right? To moderators, I request you to forward my question and query to developers!!

Imagine, “your phone being stolen and the stealer trying to turn off your phone by long pressing power button as long as it’s turned off.”

**I tried this feature after updating the phone and what I found was, the phone can be turned off if I keep pressing the power button until it’s off. So, my question is why giving this *useless feature?? ***

The thief basically do the first thing after stealing a phone “turn off the device by long pressing power button”.

The locked screen password verification device off option is utter bullshit. This feature prevent others from immediately turning off the device by scrolling down to notification and press power but in below right. You think the thief is that much dumb or we consumers??

If I miss something, please moderators educate me. I’m just frustrated how dumb the developers are by giving this dumb type of feature.

My suggestion: Re-write the code and add more features like if a thief steal a phone and tries to turn it off by long pressing the power button and then there shows verification option to power off the phone, it would be smart not this dumb feature!!

It seems you are mistaken. A long press of the power button brings up either Gemini or the power-off menu. Simply holding down the power button will not turn off the smartphone. Additionally, when selecting the “power off” option in the power button menu, a password prompt appears. Therefore, everything works perfectly, and no one can turn off the smartphone without entering the password. Also, on the locked screen, the notification panel cannot be pulled down, and the “power off” button cannot be pressed (this can be configured in the settings).

Alexshax well, my mistake, I meant to say restart automatically by long pressing power button.

After updating, I turned on the power off verification option and then tried to turn it off by scrolling down on the notification bar and there on the bottom right, a power icon is there I tried to turn it off by that, after that it wants my verification password to confirm.

But I think you did not understand my whole query.

You can try long press power button and yes I know, Gemini will appear but keep pressing it and you’ll see the phone will restart.

Also the notification panel can be pulled down overall even in when the device is device locked.

You can try that as well and let me know

@Daniel what did you do man??

      Wrong discussion room…

Or did you do that on purpose???
