Hello community, maybe I’m missing something here, but is there any way to pin (lock) an App so that you don’t ‘accidentally close it’ by mistake?

Seems like a pretty basic functionality that’s not built-in?

I see there’s an ‘App pinning’ setting in the device Settings, but that appears to truly ‘lock’ the App in place on the screen, with no way of navigating away from it, unless you swipe up to unpin it.

The idea is to be able to use other Apps while having a particular App or Apps pinned (locked). (My ex. use-case is for a music player App, like YouTube Music)

Is this possible on the 2a Plus, with the latest/current Android 15 (Ntn OS 3)?

Any lightweight third-party App in the PlayStore that has this functionality?

Thanks.

P.S. - A capability I had with my old OnePlus 5t btw. 🤷

All I want is the option to change the highlight colour for widgets from a garish red to a custom colour. Currently stuck using a red wallpaper else the buttons pop out way too much.

ALPHA bro , the qs sucks fr , it feels like using phone in 60hz ,

Hey everyone love all the work you have been doing on the community widgets please make a Pac-Man widget I think that would make a great nostalgic widget.

    Thanks Richard

What about adding app-wise volume control and multiple media playback?

    Hi guys !

Congratulations for the 3.0 OS. I am LOVING IT.

I am just here to give a suggestion about the news widget. It would be nice if we could choose the length of every topic we want. As the more topics we have the less individual news are given for a chosen topic.

Have a good day lads !

PulkitGhorse This is some quality feedback for sure. It is definitely worth taking into consideration for future updates. 👍

I was thinking about a new feature that could really be a game-changer for Nothing OS. I’d like to have the ability to save and switch between presets for apps, wallpapers, and widgets. This way, I could create multiple presets with different app layouts and switch between them quickly. I’m not sure if this is already an option or if someone has already suggested it, but let me know what you think about it.

Maybe do something with animations. Also we need dynamic island features, like OnePlus and Apple
