I tried it on apple music (lossless) and youtube music, with the highest sound qualities, the sound is in the background of the song, I thought it could be the microphone picking up sound from outside, but, I turned off all sound around me and follow that sound,

have you tried switching on and off the personal sound profile? i get some annoying backround noise too, when i activate the personal profile from the hearing test.

CristianAFTA I also felt that the high tones were too prominent after I turned on the personalized sound feature. I am currently using the personalized sound at 25% and soft(This is a little better).
Additionally, I forwarded the issue to the support team.
