Essential Space - "Account authorization error. Reset system time or try again later."

Hi all,

I just got the Phone 3 and am looking to try Essential Space, however I seem to always get this error on the app. I’m wondering if anyone else has got passed this or if there’s anything I can do to resolve it. The error looks like as follows:

Also I had indeed changed all sorts of settings regarding the time but that didn’t seem to help!

Other symptoms:

• Clicking the Essential button takes the screenshot and that works as normal

• Anything I put in the Essential Space is always stuck “Summarising” forever

Versions:

• Nothing Phone 3

• Essential Space 1.0.10

• Nothing OS 3.5.0

maxadax Hey mate, have you tried any troubleshooting steps? For example

Go to settings > apps > Essential Space
Clear app data/cache
Force stop
Reboot device
Try again

in a worst case scenario, you might want to consider backing up the device and factory resetting it.

maxadax I have the same problem and clearing cache or logging again did not solve it either

hrry thanks for the reply! Unfortunately resetting the app data and cache didn’t resolve the issue but I was able to fix it by logging out and then back in again!

You should be on NOS 3.5, or? Not, OS 3.2, that doesn’t even exist for the NP3?
