JoeDissolvo To be fair, and I’ll quote the guy (0:01 in the vid): “So I’ve been using the Nothing Phone (3) for nearly a month now, and while there’s a lot that I love about the software, there’s still some tweaks that I think they need to change that’ll make it even better.”
He didn’t say he don’t like it, quite the opposite. He even has almost nothing but praises about the Phone (3) in general. And all those suggestions in this video are perfectly sound and solid.
Again, is suggesting to get better clock options anything bad or “not liking NOS”? Because currently we literally cannot use light/white background because we cannot see the damn clock then. Or why is Nothing OS pretty much the only Android OS around that doesn’t let users to place third-party widgets on the lockscreen? Also mentioned in the vid. I was able to do that on cheap Redmi phone with Android 12 MIUI 13 back in 2022 (including seeing a damn clock with lighter or white backgrounds), so why is that a bad thing to suggest here as the guy did? 🤷♂️

Do I dislike Nothing OS because I would really like to be able to see the clock? 😑
Suggesting to make that in-app drawer Essential Search optional is also nothing really wrong, no? Why do we need to search stuff online in the drawer if we want to search just apps in, well, the APP drawer?
Quick setting is currently bizarrely limited, Nothing OS is literally the only Android OS there without volume slider in there.
His remark about haptics is also not disliking/hating Nothing OS, that’s a pure fact, there is no option to tweak it properly, plus we don’t have vibration only (without sound)! How is that normal or useful? 🤨 So we have sound + vibration (why, lol?), or silent without vibration (again, why, lol?). While EVERY OTHER PHONE ON THE MARKET HAS VIBRATION WITHOUT SOUNDS!
I repeat, check his Phone (3) review, the guy loves the phone, loves Nothing OS:
