Coldpaw I saw a post on X, where they mentioned official specifications of the Phone 3a Lite and yeah Android 15 was mentioned in it and that post looks authentic as well!

TheRosto Well there is, although it’s not lights, just a single small LED at the lower right. That’s it.

It more or less seems to be a CMF Phone Pro 2 with a different design and camera system.

Fair point, then again we won’t know this actual quality, design or really anything about the product till launch. I’m sure we can discuss this further then.

Quick side note, other cheap phones like Xiaomi’s 60 dollar Redmi A3, to actually make the phones affordable, barely invest in camera software, UI, design and include a ton of ads. If nothing manages to swerve by these issues while maintaining a similar price tag, it would be revolutionary

MiguelHernandezSantana By the recently taken decision about the SW, it’s not looking good at all for the budget Nothing phones. They publicly announced that they’re adding bloatware. Also Nothing does have a budget device (CMF Phone 2 Pro), there’s no point launching a device which will directly compete against it. Most probably they’ll try to fit the lite device between 3a and phone 2 pro which will confuse buyers and also the specs will be not up to the mark.

I assumed CMF was the brand for entry-level smartphones, so not to ‘cheapen’ the Nothing brand. Nice to see everyone can now enjoy the transparent style. But what of CMF?

For years I’ve been begging for the return of the notification LED! This looks exciting – although the bulb appears to be on the wrong side of the phone.

As much as I want a compact phone, I would be hugely disappointed if Nothing made one that was low performing. I’m a mid-to-flagship guy and am waiting for someone to ‘do a ZenFone 9’ well.
