I am writing this to highlight the serious issues I have been facing after updating my device to Nothing OS 4.0. Since the update, the phone has started lagging excessively, and it heats up even during normal usage. This has made the device almost unusable for daily tasks.
I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, but the responses were neither helpful nor relevant to my actual query. The lack of proper support is extremely disappointing.
I purchased the Nothing 3a Pro just six months ago, and I genuinely expected better quality and transparency. Unfortunately, the experience feels more like paid marketing than a reliable product. I request other users to be cautious and not fall into misleading promotions.
I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and provides a proper solution or rollback fix as soon as possible.
