My Nothing ear bud 2’s left ear bud casing separated because of a glue issue wherein the service centre says, “you are the first customer with such issue and this is a physical damage”.Isn’t there first for anything in this world. Looking at the image, closely which I have uploaded, you can clearly see the defect in the glue worn out after a brief use of just 6 months. Also, in previous ear bud series we have seen this problem. I am now more concerned since I have Nothing phone 1 and watch too in order to create Nothing ecosystem around me for if these things break down I ll be helpless.

Nothing is not living upto its reputation and over a period of time their reputation is going to be NOTHING!

With this ideology, nothing will never win the hearts.

    Also have the same issue, contact the support but the said stop support for Nothing Ear 1. i just bought before they launch the new nothing ear(2). contact customer Support but they reply Nothing we can do because my version out of support while my warranty still valid that time. Now need to glue it every week.

    I also have this same problem I upgraded from ear1 to ear 2 by paying extra 4000rs and they only given 3 months warranty for the product and after 4 months new ear2 also detaching worst experience ever most of the people facing this problem they don’t even care to improve their quality and after sale services are very worst

    Happened to me as well but in both ear 2 buds left and right. Not at the same time though. But I used a quick glue to fix it. But I am shifting towards OnePlus buds pro 2 now.

    Same issue here. I can accept the glue issue if they own it, but the customer service refused the warranty because the bud separation is a mechanical fail (well yes - the glue does not hold the two parts together anymore).

    The service center team behaved the same way with me. Without properly checking, they said it was physical damage and wouldn’t be covered under warranty.

    I also facing the same issue.

    Un luckily I lost the outer cover without any recovery, I don’t realise that it losses because at the time it’s on my ear and one of friend noted it and tell me.

    Worst customer care experience.

    Luckily the inner black plastic piece just escaped from loss.

    Need to buy a Flex quick glue or Super glue with Nothing Buds.

    I am using the Nothing Phone- 2 too, Now i am afraid of replay from the Nothing Support team that if any warranty claim issue or any complaints happens to phone future.

    1. Once up on a time we trusted the brand OnePlus & the man Carlpay so we trusted and purchased the new brand called Nothing without any feedback.
    2. So please don’t loss that trust, Try to think about the Oneplus situation now.
    3. You guys are also surprises us once and that you guys also fed-up us now. Why you do like this. What you get it from this.
