I also facing the same issue.
Un luckily I lost the outer cover without any recovery, I don’t realise that it losses because at the time it’s on my ear and one of friend noted it and tell me.
Worst customer care experience.
Luckily the inner black plastic piece just escaped from loss.
Need to buy a Flex quick glue or Super glue with Nothing Buds.
I am using the Nothing Phone- 2 too, Now i am afraid of replay from the Nothing Support team that if any warranty claim issue or any complaints happens to phone future.
- Once up on a time we trusted the brand OnePlus & the man Carlpay so we trusted and purchased the new brand called Nothing without any feedback.
- So please don’t loss that trust, Try to think about the Oneplus situation now.
- You guys are also surprises us once and that you guys also fed-up us now. Why you do like this. What you get it from this.
