DeepakKumar_lmvmfIUwIm Camera seems to be ok, I am not a camera but yes looks and working better than NOS 3.5.

SCREEN gets bit laggy while on Google News app.

I am on Dynamic Refresh Rate and with ram +2Gb which was default. Maybe Android 16 requires more ram. So will change to +8 and see.

Otherwise all good till now.

akZ no…don’t extend ram…it technically makes phones slower… storage is way slower than ram…you’ll never run out of 6gb ram with Android and some social Media apps running and sometimes games ..

6gb is more than enough for day to day task and gaming…if you’re editing large videos on phone then you can extend ram…

JP I have Nothing 3a LITE phone with default 8+2 Gb ram, one sim + SD card.. I am talking about this model and recieved the NOS 4 few hours back and installed the same on this 3(a) Lite phone.

My phone hasn’t had any updates since I got it, and nobody knows why, I would check your security and privacy settings as mine says it hasn’t updated in over 12mths, have spoken to EE about it and they don’t have a clue.

akZ im saying in general… 6gb or even 4gb is enough for Android 16… if you’ve 8gb it’s more than enough… no need to extend ram

I’m patiently waiting for Nothing to fulfill its promise of removing App Services before upgrading to 4.0.

App Recommendations

With the latest update on Nothing (a) series and CMF phones, you may see a small pop-up suggesting recommended apps. This is part of the setup experience and appears during initial device setup or after certain software updates, when setup-related flows are triggered again. If you’re not interested, you can simply swipe left to dismiss it.

If you prefer not to use this feature at all, you can turn it off at any time by going to Settings > Apps > All apps > Top-right icon >

Show system > App Services > Disable.

We’re also working on adding support to completely uninstall App Services in a future OTA, following the same approach as Meta Services.

Arguably the worst rollout I’ve ever seen a phone company do - marred in controversy/bugs… burnt a massive amount of faith and good will from your customers in the process.

Awful - at least it solidified my desire to ditch Nothing for good

sean 1 don’t recall any of those having horrific bloatware installed (privacy nightmare) though.
