akZ JP I have Nothing 3a LITE phone with default 8+2 Gb ram, one sim + SD card.. I am talking about this model and recieved the NOS 4 few hours back and installed the same on this 3(a) Lite phone.
JP akZ im saying in general… 6gb or even 4gb is enough for Android 16… if you’ve 8gb it’s more than enough… no need to extend ram
sean (1) Thanks for the update. I’m patiently waiting for Nothing to fulfill its promise of removing App Services before upgrading to 4.0. Akis App Recommendations With the latest update on Nothing (a) series and CMF phones, you may see a small pop-up suggesting recommended apps. This is part of the setup experience and appears during initial device setup or after certain software updates, when setup-related flows are triggered again. If you’re not interested, you can simply swipe left to dismiss it. If you prefer not to use this feature at all, you can turn it off at any time by going to Settings > Apps > All apps > Top-right icon > Show system > App Services > Disable. We’re also working on adding support to completely uninstall App Services in a future OTA, following the same approach as Meta Services.
bRKN sean (1) yea and the lock glympse that constantly send data overseas even after you disable it. so much for privacy…
JP IanColvill_jThbMHvnKY how? I heard that some developers are trying to make nos4 work on np1 but didn’t follow up
Anonymous1157 Arguably the worst rollout I’ve ever seen a phone company do - marred in controversy/bugs… burnt a massive amount of faith and good will from your customers in the process. Awful - at least it solidified my desire to ditch Nothing for good
sean (1) Anonymous1157 Really? I’ve seen some horrendous responses to OnePlus rollouts. Heard someone complaining about the latest iOS today too.
DhanveerSolanki TonyAgnew my man it came out for the 3a a long time back, you may wanna check the release login the community.
JHONMCGAY Anyone still not have it? Is it because I bought the phone in japan? (Nothing phone 3a lite)
Anonymous1157 sean (1) don’t recall any of those having horrific bloatware installed (privacy nightmare) though. Honestly kind of hope Nothing go bust
ThejaswiRamappa Camera still needs more options with extra zoom in 2a, also the battery usage still challenge inspite phone not been used
