MarkG13 Thank you everyone for your responses. So it seems like it’s quite a widespread issue. Is anyone from CMF listening???????? When I contacted them on Instagram I was told they hadn’t come across this before. I think someone is telling porkies. Has anyone sent their Watch Pro black to be replaced and was it ok on the replacement or still faulty?
Callum I’ve just tweeted at them with a link to this thread asking for an update, if I get any response I’ll keep you all posted! Another 3 mile run in Kazakhstan done tonight… 😂
MarkG13 Callum Thank you, I think we need to keep on at them to do something to resolve this issue. I know someone in Spain gets tracked in Afghanistan.
RemiQuispel hello help, GPS does not work when I start the workout on my watch. the watch is keep searching and says locating.. this problem is with: -outdoor walk -outdoor run -cycling outdoor unpair en paired watch but still the same problem.
AlexandreAlbuquerque RemiQuispel Have you done the last update? I was trying it out today and the GPS works, but it really takes a while (1 to 2 minutes), but it ends up staying put.
Obliviouswaffle It looks like the app update schedule is every other monday so I think there might be an update on Monday but I don’t think it’s going to be fixed

MarkG13 Zarathustra Thank you for your reply. I know of at least 7 people in the UK who are shown to be in Kazakhstan and someone in Spain is shown in Afghanistan. Anyone listening in CMF towers????? This is clearly a issue across Europe at least and the lack of response or even acknowledgement that the issue exists and is being looked into is going to damage the reputation of not just the sub brand but the Nothing parent brand. Which would be a great shame.
R_gisFroemming Hi, got my watch yesterday and went for a walk today to test it. I’m in Canada and is showing my location somewhere in France! But the GPS looks accurate, for me seems to be an app issue. Hopefully will be fixed on further app updates.
Zarathustra R_gisFroemming yeah, that’s it - the weirdest thing is my routes were also correctly drawn, they’re just in the wrong country… 😂
MarkG13 R_gisFroemming Hi, thanks for your reply, wow that’s the biggest difference in tracking errors so far. I just hope that someone within CMF is listening and trying to resolve it . It still seems odd that they don’t ask to see a faulty watch to see if they can sort it out.
tomdixon1984 Facing the same problem, I live in the UK, but the watch tracks me from somewhere in South Africa. GPS tracking from the app is fine, it’s just the watch where I am seeing problems. Currently running the latest software on the watch of V11.0.0.50.
MarkG13 tomdixon1984 Thank you for your reply, you’re the first one in the UK to be tracked outside Kazakhstan to date. Yes my app tracking is where I am, it’s just the watch GPS that is faulty. I just hope someone is interested enough to do something. CMF have stopped responding on Instagram. I guess like many companies they can’t hear things that are not going to plan.

Callum Having the exact same issue. However once every so often it does end up getting GPS connectivity - even if the workout is logged in the completely wrong country as has been said by so many users!
