Anyone facing internet issue suddenly on nothing phone 2a like ❗ this mark coming on 5g/4g symbol even I turnoff /turnon the data it doesn’t go,only after restarting the device it is working is anyone facing similar issue.

I have the solution it’s simple goto network and select the jio sim and go apn setting if you go apn setting then select jiointernet and scroll down and select bearer unmark all setting only select unspecified and save the setting. Than after one time your phone goto aeroplane mode then now working 5G proper and solve

It’s the phone issue not sim issue as I have already converted my jio sim to 5G

Also, I have tried with Airtel there is the same issue

After update still connection is weak and speed is also less

Hi, I am Manoj from Mumbai, India want to inform you that I have bought Nothing Phone 2a on 29th May 2024 and since then I have started using it.

But after few days of usage I am facing issue of disconnecting from internet automatically and when I turn on and off flight mode then it gets connected again.

I am using Jio 5g network provider. I am unable to understand whether it is a problem of network provider or the device itself.

So, please see to this problem and hope to get solved in future updates.

    I bought my nothing phone 2a from overseas (Saudi Arabia) when I came to India and put jio sim it only shows 4g. And in the jio app it says my phone is not compatible.when i contacted the jio customer care they say than the True 5G will only support on the Indian version.

    What can I do now?

    In my area having full Jio 5G network but never shows 5G network the top bar of the screen of Nothing Phone 2a only shows 4G+, then I choose 5G network by choosing manual mode but 5G network not shows on top bar of screen.

    Anyone from community facing this issue, Please help for resolving issue.

      I have just started using nothing phone 2a with my Airtel 5G sim but the network fluctuates a lot in this phone(note: I am in a good 5g coverage area and was using iphone 15 plus with same 5g sim without any fluctuations).

      The network stop working on its own every 30-40 minutes and then after 5-10 minutes start working fine so probably it’s a software issue. Any help would be appreciated.

      Hope Nothing looks into this matter asap as this is giving a bad name to their reputation.

      Same thing happen with me location in pune, I request every pls mention location also.

        NuxMan I suggest downloading the app NetMonster and seeing which band your device is currently connected to. Band 28 is shared with 4G LTE and 5G technologies.
