The battery had dropped 40% in approx 12 hours!! I have all the heavy battery draining features turned off. It was fine when I got the watch a couple of weeks ago when it was 5 days between charges but now this has just become ridiculous!

I love the look of the watch and the features and I can live with the issues as I’m sure these will be sorted with updates going forward but this battery life is rubbis.

Is this just my watch or are they all like this?

k2gst Same issue in my watch also. At first the battery backup was pretty good, but now its draining rapidly, even when I’m not wearing it and it’s in DND mode.

What can we do about this issue???

Sorry to hear you have been having issues. From my experience I haven’t encountered any issues with battery life, it has consistently lasted me a week or over.

As mentioned above, are you running the latest software/firmware updates?

Yes, the firmware/software is up to date but I now have a much bigger issue… the phone has disconnected from the app and will not reconnect! I have restarted the phone removed the device from Bluetooth and reconnected but still nothing. deleted the app and reinstalled it, reset the phone but nothing. I can see the phone in the Bluetooth menu but the phone will not connect to the app! All I get is Device Connection failed

    Now what can I do?

Wait what? 2 weeks? With everything on? How? I have AOD on, pulse and o2sat both on, sleep tracking and several notifications on, no call yet, and I had not full 5 days (4 full dayts and 4 full nights and one evening).

I bought a Watch Pro couple of months ago and initially the watch battery used to last for 4 days and slowly this changed over a period of time and today the battery does not last more than 2 days. Even though I turn off health monitoring and notifications, still the battery drain remains the same. I am wondering what is causing the battery drain even though the watch is disconnected from the phone and not enabled for any health monitoring. I have tried factory reset with no help. Is this a manufacturing defect or others too face the same issue?

I agree with you and also watch ringtone can’t be changed which is weird for such a watch with advanced features

I’m facing the same issues since last month, usually it used to last a lot but now it’s literally going to 20% after a full charge of battery after 4 days

I bought my watch in november 23. The battery was lasting like 10 days.

Suddenly, since february 24, I don’t know why but it doesn’t last more than 24 hours. I charge it to 100%, I go to sleep with it (no heart rate monitoring enabled, neither oxygen) and after 8 hours of sleeping, it went to 65%, with NO USE.

Sometimes it lasts less than 24 hours, and, with luck, it supports 48 hours.
