Hello dear Nothing Community,

We launched an app on Google Play that will include Glyph SDK, and We are very excited to share it here with you.

What the app does

The app is a tech-detox app, meant to block the phone based on a timer that the user will set, imagine something like a ZenMode for every phone.

How the app integrates the Glyph SDK

Since the app works with a timer that the user selects before starting a digital detox session, our idea was to represent the time remaining at the end of the session with a percentage and take advantage of the Glyph that shows this progress bar, so that if the user places his device upside down he will always be able to monitor the remaining time of the current session.

Below is a small demonstration video.

Feedbacks

We got our key activated officially, so it should work across all Nothing Phones available on the market.

Tested on Nothing Phone (1) and Nothing Phone (2a).

Feedbacks are welcome, don’t be shy!

Anonymous4 They are using the lower glyph for progress and Nothing shows there also the charging progress for Phone 1. So it should work, right?

Mirko_ddd can you write a detailed guide how to do so… i dont have much knowledge much debugging …i mean where i need to write this code given ?

Mirko_ddd I downloaded the app yesterday and was wondering how cool it’d be if the Glyph progress bar was integrated into this. Today I see this post. Thank you so much for this gem of an app. The design is absolutely gorgeous!

you need to use adb tool to enable glyph interface in debug mode. If you can use adb the command to type is in the first post.

I tried the apl and loved it’s interface. But even after running the adb command and starting glyph interface in debug mode, I’m unable to see the timer progress in my nothing phone 2 glyph lights.

          Am I missing anything here?
