I watched it yesterday and it’s smart to end the series with something that certainly is on the mind of a lot of people. It’s going to be interesting to follow how their support service will be tried and tested when inevitably some customers have problems with their product.
One of the highlights of the video to me was when @Michelangelo said “I’m so happy when people have questions about customer service. Carry on. Go on”.
It’s just a detail, yes, and perhaps a lot of people won’t even notice it, but just by that it showed a great sense of leadership and interest.
Tying in with this video is the section “Tips & Support” found in the official app. Again, we are going to see how oiled the machine is when customers start to test it, but they are good indicators of what’s to come.
