Hi Team Nothing,

I’ve been really intrigued by Nothing’s community project and wanted to share my experience with you. I visited the voting platform today, but I have to admit, I couldn’t go through all the designs in one sitting, so I haven’t cast my vote yet.

I was wondering, when it comes to the voting process, are the designs presented in a specific order, or is it random? I’m concerned that if it’s the same order every time, the designs towards the end might not get as much attention as those at the beginning.

Nice to hear this as I designed my design based on these criteria like changing the color, materials, and finish. but still, need some work on textures.
My design has a deep R&D about the changeable parts of the Nothing 2a to produce a manufacturable Nothing 2a CE and also has a concept behind it
Voters can take a look at my design

anyone having issues on voting? for me it keeps redirecting me to my orders page whenever I click ‘vote’?

Hi. Just tooked some time to check all the entries. As I should not vote on mine, here is my prefered from Reynard. Good proposal with some concept design ideas that match perfectly with Nothing principles.

As we can make only one single vote, I want to share also, some other proposals that I really liked.

Congrats to all on the efforth and hard work. Nothing should be proud.

All the luck to the community members.

In this list of messages, on the 158 place, you can see better images of my idea. On the gallery web page, is not possible to see a good resolution images if you see through a smartphone with vertical layout, only if you turn it horizontal.

Rob ⚡️ I am a nothing phone 2a buyer and will there be any specification modified in community edition

If yes, feeling a sad. But, nothing phone 2a is also a great phone according to price range

Have just gone through all the entries and i must say there are a lot of lovely and inspiration worthy designs and attempts. love how some have presented an idea through sketch, some with cardboard models, and all the magic. I have not seen any other brand attempt such a gorgeous attempt at engaging its fan in this deep way ever.

Really excited for whats to come, which design would be taken forward and how this whole experiment moves and comes to a fruition.

loved this idea by Martin. extremely simple, subtle and yet brings a freshness that is only possible with the transparent shell of the nothing. ended up voting for this (it was really hard to pick just one among so many)

meanwhile, i have submited an idea too. it plays along the fluted glass texture that nothing has embraced in its wallpaper aesthetics since phone 1 and tries to turn into a tangible piece of tech. This textured glass/polycarbonate shell with a gradient of colour respects nothing’s design language while adding a distinct texture and feel to hold it. A signature style that you can know just by touch.

Vote for it, if you want to see something beautiful, classic and stunning to become a reality.
