Vikas What’s the ambient temperature around you as you use your phone without a case there shouldn’t be much heating, i use it with a case so dissipation is not that good . And yeah i think thermals of the phone should be fixed lot of people are complaining about such issues. I didn’t had such issues back when i bought it.

    @Derren Sorry to mention you but lot of people are facing heating issues , thermal management is not that good for phone 2 for now , kindly inform the software team about it , so they fix it with the upcoming update. And i wanna know that is it normal for the phone to get 40°C while charging ( i use a 25w adaptor from Samsung) Still it heats up.

      Vikas i’ve completely opposite experience bought mine 2 weeks ago upgraded from iphone 11 heating i’ve faced none and camera is comparable to iphone 11 so no issues here

            okay thankyou, in my area too it’s the same around 30-35℃ , But my phone heats up in indoors too and i usually play minecraft for 1 hr or so at the lowest setting possible, still it goes 42-45 or even more than that. probably issue with my device but other people are reporting it too, So yeah it’s not only me.

            okay will report it, thankyou Derren, But i have reported some issues a while ago but didn’t get a good response so decided to ask it on community , if more people are having the same issues. if more people report it here then it should definitely be taken as an issue and should be resolved.

            Anonymous I don’t have any heating issue myself, even while gaming. Most of the time if it gets hot, it’s because i’m using it while fast charging 😉

              Then why mine is getting hot even while using it normally 😭😭. I think it’s with a small amount of people out there but I’m not alone. I wanted to ask you i use a 25w Samsung pd charger and my phone get’s 40°C while charging is it really normal?

              I buyed my phon today nothing 2 I’m just using normal social aaps like insta and youtube and my phon getting too hot please solve it i even can’t think to play games ehen its getting too hot only using youtube

              Oh man this is not good, This is getting serious. If u can, try replacing your unit.

              Post 2.5.3 update, my phone is getting heated on a normal use & battery drain is also increased. 🙁

              I think we should start giving feedback through settings till this post doesn’t get more attention. We have to just wait till it get’s fixed, It’s really sad for the users😭.
