The idea of eliminating the numbers is not clear to me, because I suppose that although these are products that will last a long time, in the future they will release new versions, and what an easier and more intuitive way to name a product that is an improvement on another previously released that with a number. That said, I’m looking forward to the new headphones.

They new products surely are distinct then by the year of it´s inauguration. It’s important that (potential) customers can distinct, whether they are about to purchase the newest or predecessor model of a device.

[deleted] Yes, but I see it as cleaner to put ear 4 than not ear 2026, it is an example. The truth is that they will have to do something to make it clear which product is newer and without having to do a prior study.

Luis Enrique Gotcha. Well, “have to” is lightly said. May they feel better and fresher to omit the numbers. They surely have had something in mind, but if leaving the differentiator “number” is beneficiary for the customers… I kinda doubt that too. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ok, but why? Why change the naming 3 generations in? That’s just going to cause confusion.

Also hopefully the ear (3) keeps the pinch controls. I have both the cmf buds pro and the nothing ear (2), and the pinch controls on the ear (2) are so much better.

        Loving the new naming.

Loving the fact that there are two new buds being introduced too?!

Can’t wait for 18th April to see if I need to upgrade from my Ear(2)s or not…👀🔥

First fix your worst nothing phone 2 . Highly disappointed after buying it. Waste of money

Super excited to see what’s been cooking. Intrigued to hear more about the name and how that will work going forward as new products release.
