I have nothing phone 2a which I’m using since last 1 month, I have noticed that my device gets heat up easily, even on net surfing. Does anyone else have the same problem?

ansaj my nothing Phone 2a gets 42 °c heatup I don’t know why nothing won’t resolve this problem.

      When I play games I can feel the heat issue and the phone 2(a) consuming the lot of power while uses the whatapp, Instagram, YouTube,etc so please solve the problem nothing ..

        Pain most trash games who are not flagged by Google install a lot of crap extra, like scanning apps, some are installing trojans and advertising bloatware. Don’t blame Nothing, my 2a for example works like a charm, plus the other 95% of 2a users who use this phone in a normal way.

          I believe some phones have quality control issue. My phone is less than a month old. Barely installed any apps. I don’t game. But the phone is always hot, even on standby. Battery drains from 80 to 20 in one hour.

          And since the phone is getting hot on the top portion where the motherboard lies, I don’t think it’s an issue with the battery. A faulty component in the motherboard might be drawing too much power.

          Nothing needs to acknowledge this issue.

          My nothing 2a heats a lot while charging and doing video calls. Is this happening with somebody else?

            I bought nothing 2a phone on 9th October. Already it’s have speaker problem and phone smells like burning problem I’m using CMF charger only I never charge overnight and phone is not much heat but it smells like burning, is it any problem from this phone? And I did’t got any updates,Then what can I do?

              Hey, I bought 2a 3 days back (28th September 2024) and I am facing the heat issue from day 1. I have visited the customer support Bangalore India, they have asked me to use the mobile for some time to check the temperature. I used the mobile for around 30 min and temperature was recorded as 35 deg centigrade however I feel it was not the ideal way to test because of the air conditioning that was set in the service center where we may not get the actual values. Then they have re-installed the OS. I can still feel the phone getting warm when I use instagram (haven’t used any other apps much after the OS reset). I don’t have the instrument to record the temperature. Also I feel the heat especially on the upper body of the mobile and also on the right side (where the power button is located) and top side. Left side there is no noticeable heat.

              My nothing phone 2a heats up when ever I start using it. Irrespective of whether I am on a call or browsing.
