Clearly visible that itโ€™s a reflection of the edge of a phone that you used to click a picture of this. If it was a scratch it would have been visible ON the surface of the lens glass and not look like it is within.

If it really is a scratch, please report it to support, theyโ€™ll help you.

Fractal really? You think that ? I upgraded from a seven year old Chinese mobile to this and I am student do you think I really have resources to defame a company or fake it .I clicked photo on a angle just so it can be visible and used light from a led bulb to do this ๐Ÿ˜” otherwise itโ€™s not visible that prominent

The same is happening with me, Only 3 weeks have passed and there are more than one scratches on the main camera(Same happened with the youtuber techbar too, and his damage was just too severe, I am genuinely concerned about my phone after that video). If I spend this much of money to buy a phone like this, I would also like to use itโ€™s camera. Please nothing, Stop ignoring this issue and start helping users. If you want I can attach my cameraโ€™s pic too so that nothing team can see another โ€œclear reflectionโ€

K4NU damnn Mann I feel you,๐Ÿ˜•. Try using a cover with lips or a tempered glass for camera, they are available online as well as in phone accessory shops..

Wow, this is complete crap for 2024. For a long time now, cameras have been made of glass that is almost scratch-proof, but breaks. My NPhone (1) hasnโ€™t had a single deep scratch in 2 years, maybe there are micro scratches, but you have to look closely, but a piece of glass broke off from the side of my camera, about 2 by 1 mm, itโ€™s good that the crack didnโ€™t go any further.

hey, im having the same problem, my phone is less than 1 week old. There is no way glass scratches that easily. I am pretty sure there is a plastic film on the back camera just like the one on the screen. It covers the entire lens though. I found this because i tried to peel it a little and very small ammount of it came off; I was scared to peel a major ammount so I cant be 100% sure that this is the case. If there is someone else here willing to try peeling the whole thing thatโ€™d be great.

I experienced a similar issue. The main camera lens cover is quite delicate and can easily become scratched or damaged. device build quality is up to the mark & found so many software bugs.
