JackEmali Apart from Nothing OS UI experience nothing like wow features are available in the phone. It’s just gimmick of nothing marketing team where they successfully targeted the audience. If they can’t upgrade or enhance the advance features soon or later they will lose the aesthetic audience.

Anonymous98 yeah. Like a mesh or net or grid kind of lines visible only in videos or gameplay in lighter colors, right? I went to Nothing exclusive centre in Delhi, and they couldn’t even see it. Whatever they understood, they said it’s a feature of the display 😂😛

Heera I own nothing phone 2 and the same issue was visible. Marked difference, like issue as faulty display. Did a restart and issue got solved but not sure why did it happen in first place

Ohh okay then its okay.Brother it’s not only on you device its in cmf phone 1 ,when I also tested with black wallpaper I saw lights coming from upside of the screen.I got scared .Then I researched a lot and give condolence to me…It happens in amoled .Bit didn’t saw it in during video watching.

    RajeshsinghRajput78_Gamerrajes Hey mate,

I saw your pictures and It really looks horrible on my device too.

Company should definitely replace the models.

Let’s raise the voice together with other people facing the same issue. Maybe then the company will listen to us.

    3 months later

AnandAdarsh The issue you are having is watching a low bitrate video, when youtube is cutting corners to reduce bitrate, black levels are the first to go, meaning, if you crank up the brightness you will notice big blocks of the same colour that flicker. I’ve tested the same video on my PC and, even though it can’t get as bright as my phone 2a, I can still notice the same problems. The was even a guy in the thread who posted hdr version of the same clip, it looks miles better that the one you posted. And don’t get me wrong, 2a’s display has issues, but it is not one of them.

AgentY yeah sure the bitrate issue might be contributing towards the green tint being more obvious but the same video when played on my mother’s oneplus 11r or my friend’s np2a blue edition doesn’t show any signs of this issue at all, on jiocinema which provides a better bitrate than yt this issue is still prominent though slightly less recognisable
