  • I have the same exact issue, because of the Android limitations with gesture controls, this happens. I found a quick workaround, when you goes back to empty screen just swipe from the side edges of the screen to “go back” and this fixes it immediately.

    • Captured this vibrant grapefruit during a quiet moment in my garden, where the play of light and shadows caught my eye. The colors were striking that I couldn’t resist capturing them. For me, this shot symbolizes a fresh start, the simple beauty of nature, and the little surprises we can find in everyday objects when we look closely.

Taken on my Nothing Phone 2a.

I’m thrilled with how the phone’s camera brought out the vivid details and colors.

    • Hello Nothing Community,

I’m having a recurring issue with my Phone (2a) and my car’s Bluetooth stereo. Every morning, I enter my car, and the stereo prompts me to pair my phone. Once I do, everything works perfectly until a few hours later when I re-enter my car. At that point, the stereo again asks to pair, as if it has forgotten my phone. Here’s what I’ve tried so far to resolve this:

      1. Cleared Paired Devices on Stereo: I removed all previously paired devices, including my old phone and my wife’s phone, so the device list is completely empty. No luck—issue persists.

      2. Paired Manually through Bluetooth Menu: I re-added my phone as a new device through the Bluetooth settings. Still facing the same issue.

      3. Checked Android Auto Settings: Everything seems normal on my end with Android Auto settings on the phone, but the issue remains.

      4. Tested with Other Devices: I paired my friend’s Samsung Fold with the car stereo, and it worked flawlessly. The stereo remembers the Fold, and the Fold still recognizes my car. I also tested CarPlay with an iPhone, and it works perfectly with my stereo.

Conclusion: The only device with this pairing memory issue is my Phone (2a). It seems like something specific to this model or Bluetooth setup is causing the problem.

Anyone else is having a similar issue?

      • Hey mate, thanks for making this app!

As soon as I saw the charging meter, I was sold! However I am now having some issues.

Phone(2a): Charging meter constantly works even while not charging. Tried turning it off under settings but it still works. I don’t know if you are aware of this issue. Just wanted to let you know.

        Thanks

        • Gladson J My issue is not actually the yellowing cases, as I usually buy Spigen products and the back side is clear plastic glass. My issue is with black phones they easily show smudges and dust all the time so my fix was to print out this paper I made and put it between the phone and the clear case.

        • Hey everyone, new here.

I just got myself a black 2a (still waiting for it to be delivered), but I already know I’ll struggle with all the fingerprints and dust showing up on the back glass. I was hoping to keep the beautiful design and glyphs visible with a clear case, but we all know those smudges can be distracting.

So, I came up with a solution! While I’m not a designer, just a doodle artist, I made some sketches and a template that I’m planning to print out. It’ll let me cut out the camera, glyphs, and flash sections to really make the phone’s unique look pop, while also hiding those pesky smudges.

Feel free to download it if you want to give it a try yourself!
