Using Nothing Phone 2a so,
I have purchased CMF Buds Pro 2 on 12/07/2024
On the 17th of Aug i noticed smart dial stops working
I think it might be a glitch, so i restarted, reset and reinstalled the application nothing x, but nothing happened.
On 19th Aug I contacted a customer of nothing I told them and they went through troubleshooting the same things that I already did.
Now not make any changes so they advised me to visit third party service centre to diagnose device, they ask my pincode and provide me 43 KMs away service centre you can see I attached mail also, now when I call to mention number switched off, and when I click on show in Google Maps it’s showing me 1000 KMs away Punes sweet shop location, next day tried same, third day I tried same got switched off so i contact customer care again when she dail that number and saying me that sorry sir that are not accepting NOTHING anymore.
I said what if I went to that service centre my total travel 90 KMs without any worth thank God I contacted you before arriving.
Now she is advising me for two more options of third party service centre one is 150 KMs and second is 186 KMs.
Both not possible for me to visit now she said me that I arrange an pick and drop facility but you have to waith atleast 15 business days, our agent vist you place pick up item and drop to service centre which is 150 KMs.
I have no other option so I have to say yes now se sent me an email asking with some details I revert that immediately will all details after 3 hours not got anything.
So i call them again now and he is saying that I will update our mailing team before EOD you will update by email right now it’s 10.40 and I still have not received any mail.

If they have any loop holes than they should provide replacement like other brands do wings, boat, Ambrane etc..
I don’t recommend at all any NOTHING PRODUCTS to anyone.
Not accept anything like this with nothing serious
