SamarthNP1 are you sure tho that it’s a software problem? Because if my phone drops or something sometimes I can turn back on the Bluetooth so maybe it’s a hardware problem?

I bought my nothing phone 1 about a year ago, and because I’m really stupid, I didn’t use any phone protector, and at one point the back glass was shattered, and also the screen but I wanted to use it until some new good phone comes out so I’d buy a better and newer one, but right now idk what can be the reason but Bluetooth doesn’t turns on, and everytime the phone takes a hit, I can turn on and off Bluetooth again, but every little hit it takes, it turns off and won’t turns on again. I wanted to know if it’s a hardware problem (maybe the Bluetooth chip doesn’t work anymore or something like that), or if it’s a software problem, and what can I do about that.
Thanks for the help and have a good da
