So, picture this—I’m at my school presentation, proudly unveiling my power bank concept Called “Unit cell” , and my friend Jan takes one look at it and goes, “Dude, that looks like a Nothing product!” And that’s when it hit me…
What if Nothing actually made a power bank? 
I did some digging and discovered the Nothing Power 1—a mysterious, long-lost failure that never really made it. But here’s the wild part: people still want it! I went down a rabbit hole of YouTube comments and the Nothing Community, and the demand is insane. Back then, the tech was way ahead of its time, and honestly, kudos to Nothing for even trying to carve out a whole new product category.
But now? Now is the perfect time for a comeback.
Qi2 is taking over the industry, and I’m betting Qi2A will be announced at CES 2025. So I tried to design a concept with that in mind. Here’s my vision for Nothing power (2):
Aluminum casing for better heat dissipation (because overheating is not a vibe).
Gorilla/Panda glass on top & bottom for that premium feel.
A fresh take on the Nothing design language—while making sure it doesn’t just look like a Nothing Phone with extra battery life!
A Glyph interface for battery percentage indication (because lights make everything cooler).
And yes, I have renders! Are they high quality? Probably!
