I have been using the Nothing Phone (2) and Ear (2). It’s all good while listening to songs on Spotify or YouTube. However, when I start watching movies with heavy sound effects like explosions, the sound starts cracking badly, making it painful to the ears. Reconnecting the buds solves it temporarily, but the issue reoccurs. I really want the Nothing team to look into this and fix it with a firmware update or replacement.
As a huge admirer of the Nothing company as a whole, I love my Nothing Phone (2). I’ve convinced some friends to get the phone, but I couldn’t do the same for the Ear (2)s. As someone whom people ask for advice on which phone or earbuds to buy, I cannot suggest a faulty product until it’s fixed, regardless of how much I admire Nothing as a company and Carl as someone to look up to.
