titanOmega NOS 3.1 is coming with the Phone 3(a) and it will likely then roll out to the other NOTHING phones including the CMF Phone 1.
We bought a budget phone and thus I expect support to be quite low, especially at a £169 price point.
I don’t really care that much about security updates lagging a month or two behind and they’re not critical when you don’t side-load APKs that often (the Play Store checks most of these things before making apps available).
NOTHING hasn’t released a profit-making phone in a while (the CMF Phone 1 couldn’t have made much profit) thus there hasn’t be much money sloshing around to pay developers to update NOS 3.0 stable before the NOS 3.1 rollout with the Phone 3(a).
